INGREDIENTS
175 g (6 oz) Smoked Ham
500 g (1 lb) Salad Potatoes
6 Spring Onions (Scallions), White And Green Parts, Sliced
3 Pickled Dill Cucumbers, Halved And Sliced
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Thick Natural Yogurt
2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
Salt And Pepper

METHOD
1. Cut
the ham into 4 cm long strips.
2. Cut the potatoes into 1 cm pieces and cook in
boiling salted water for 8 minutes until tender.
3. Drain the potatoes and return to the pan with the spring
onions (scallions), ham and cucumbers.
4. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill and seasoning and
add to the pan. Stir until the potatoes are coated. Turn
into a warmed dish and serve.
