Summer Melon Salad
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

Half a yellow or galia melon
1 small cantaloupe melon
600g (11b 5oz) wedge of watermelon
200ml (7fl oz) sparkling grape juice
2.5ml (0.5tsp) grated nutmeg

 

METHOD

1. Peel and de-seed the melons and cut into large cubes. Toss together in a bowl and chill until required.

2. Spoon into a wide serving dish and pour over the grape juice just before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
